We keep this as plain as the rest of the site. These terms cover how our products are sold, delivered, and what happens if you need a refund. Buying from us means you agree to them.
Digital products are delivered instantly and, once opened, are considered used. We handle refund requests fairly and case by case.
Products are sold by Analogic Edition. Questions about an order, a download or a refund go to analogic.edition.pro@gmail.com — a real person reads every message.
We offer both digital products (PDF manuals, checklists, printable protocols) and physical products (printed books, laminated cards). Checkout happens on trusted external platforms — Amazon, Gumroad, Systeme.io and, for some items, eBay. Payment, invoicing and delivery for each product follow the terms of the platform where you complete the purchase, in addition to the terms on this page.
Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise and may change over time. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout on the selling platform at the moment of purchase.
Digital products are delivered immediately after purchase, as a download or access link. Physical products are shipped or fulfilled by the platform you bought them from (for example Amazon), on that platform's shipping timelines.
We want you to buy with confidence, so we keep this fair and clear:
For physical products bought on Amazon, eBay or another platform, that platform's own return and refund policy also applies, and is often the fastest route for a shipping issue.
To request a refund, email us within 7 days with your order details and the reason. We review every request individually and reply promptly.
When you buy a digital product you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it aboard your own vessel and in your own operations. You may print it for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, republish or share the files, or use them to create competing products. Fleet, school or commercial licences are available — just ask.
Everything here is an independent educational and reference resource. Our materials summarise regulations such as COLREG, the US Inland Navigation Rules and applicable CFR provisions, but they do not replace official texts, approved charts, certified training, or the orders of a port authority. They are not legal advice, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by the U.S. Coast Guard. Vessel-specific requirements vary, and the skipper remains responsible for compliance and for good seamanship. Rule 2 (COLREG) always applies.
To the extent permitted by law, Analogic Edition is not liable for decisions made, or outcomes at sea, based on the use of these materials. You use them as an aid to your own judgment, training and the applicable official sources — never as a substitute for them.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published here at the time of your purchase.
Write to analogic.edition.pro@gmail.com before you buy if anything is unclear — we'd rather answer first than refund later.
